Chef Laura was invited by ABC Channel 7 in Chicago to share her love of chocolate by making chocolate sushi on air! As part of Morton Arboretum's sold-out classes on chocolate, Special Events Manager Marilyn Baysek and Chef Laura joined ABC reporters Stacy Baca and Mark Bishop to talk about the chocolate events at Morton Arboretum while Chef Laura prepared chocolate sushi!
